About Vond
We are building a better way to rent in Utrecht.
The story
Utrecht has a housing problem that goes beyond supply. Listings disappear within hours. Many are ghost listings posted by agencies to build contact lists. Tenants pay hundreds of euros in agency fees to rent a property the landlord did not even know was being marketed that way. Scams are common. Discrimination happens quietly. The process is opaque for everyone involved.
Vond is our answer. We believe the right path is direct: the person actually letting the place, with a real property, talking to a serious tenant, without an intermediary extracting rent from both sides. Not a search engine. Not an agency. A connector that gets out of the way once the introduction is made.

What we are not
Vond is not a search engine, not an agency, not a property manager. We are a connector. We help landlords find good tenants and tenants find real homes, then we get out of the way.
