Not a trial. Art. 7:417 lid 4 BW forbids charging a tenant on a landlord’s listing, so a room found on Vond never costs you a mediation fee.
For landlords
You do not have a demand problem in Utrecht, you have a triage problem. Vond is double opt-in: only tenants who chose your specific room ever reach you. Pay once the room is let, and nothing before.
