Rooms in Utrecht
Every room here was put up by the person letting it.
Vond costs you nothing.
No rooms are listed yet
Vond opens in Utrecht on a date we have not set yet. Until then there is nothing here to show you, and an empty page is the honest version of that.
How a room gets onto Vond
We speak to whoever is letting the place and build the listing with them before it publishes. To be precise about what that is and is not: we do not verify identity, we do not check a register, and there is no verification badge on Vond. Every listing comes from the person letting the room, and we never take one from another site and republish it.
What this costs you
Nothing. You message whoever is letting the room directly, so no agency sits in between and no subscription stands between you and a reply. The Wet goed verhuurderschap says an agent acting for the landlord may not charge you a mediation fee, rooms included. If you have already paid one, you can often get it back.
Why this page can be empty
Rooms appear here only once somebody has actually put one up. There are no sample rooms, no placeholder rents and nothing invented to make the page look busier than it is, because a made-up room is the thing this site exists to get away from.
